La Cresta is located in Helotes, TX, just northwest of San Antonio. You're minutes from groceries, dining, and shopping at The Rim and La Cantera, and close to popular outdoor spots like Government Canyon State Natural Area and Old Town Helotes.

The kitchen is well stocked. If you need anything additional during your stay, message us and we will do our best to help.

Linens & Laundry

Every bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, and we aim to have enough for each guest. If you run low, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer. Detergent is provided.

Trash & Recycling

The bins are at the end of the driveway. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday, and recycling pickup is Monday. Please roll the bins to the curb the night before and return them after pickup. Empty recycling loose into the bin with no bags.

Grill

Enjoy the outdoor propane grill. After use, please clean the grates and wipe down the area. Extra cleaning fees may be assessed if the grill is left excessively dirty.

Billiards Table

The indoor billiards table is stocked with the required equipment. Please do not remove balls or other items from the room.

Smart TVs

Every TV is a Roku set to Guest Mode. When you first use a TV, select your check-out date and it will sign you out of your streaming accounts when your stay ends.

Table Tennis (Ping Pong) Table

We have a table tennis table set up for your enjoyment. Four paddles and balls are provided. Please be mindful of the paddles and do not remove the balls from the room.

Property Upkeep

You may see our maintenance or landscaping staff outside from time to time for routine tasks (trash cans, plant care, general upkeep). For your privacy, no one will enter the home during your stay without coordinating with you first, except in emergencies.

Security & Noise Monitoring

We use several exterior cameras for security, never inside the home. Noise sensors also help us manage noise and will alert us if levels exceed a set decibel. We ask that you please be considerate of neighbors during nighttime hours.
