How to Request

Message us through the booking app. Please ask for pool heating at least 24 hours ahead. Please ask for a spa session at least 1 hour ahead and before 9 PM. Later requests are handled the next morning.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is optional at $65 per night. Once your dates are confirmed, we will send a quick payment request. Heating begins once it is paid. When heated, the pool typically reaches the mid-80s°F, depending on wind, overnight lows and cloud cover. It stays comfortable for swimming but will not reach hot-tub warmth.

Spa

The spa heats to hot-tub temperatures in 3-hour sessions for $20 each. Send us your preferred day and time and we will send a payment request. The session begins once it is paid. The pool and spa share one heater, so only one can be actively heated at a time. Both can stay warm, but we cannot raise the temperature of both at once. The spa also needs time to warm up, so it cannot be switched on instantly. Please do not adjust the equipment yourself. We manage it remotely to keep energy use in check.

Solar Cover

We use the solar cover only in the months when heating is commonly requested. If you see the pool covered, it means the pool is being heated, and we'll need your help keeping it covered when it's not in use. Remove it before getting in and replace it when you're done.

Maintenance

Pool maintenance happens every Tuesday or Wednesday. If that falls during your stay, you may see the pool team. They'll need brief access to the pool area but won't enter the home.

Safety

• No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
• Supervise children at all times near the water
• No glass in or around the pool and spa areas
• Keep the spa cover on when not in use
• Report any equipment issues to us right away
